Hiroshi Fujiwara's Working on the fragment design x Nike Zoom Spiridon

Without a shadow of a doubt, Hiroshi Fujiwara is one of Nike's greatest collaborators. While he's now known mostly for his work with Travis Scott on the legendary Air Jordan 1 collection from 2021, his relationship with the American sportswear company actually stretches all the way back to 2014. And now, almost a whole decade later, we're taking a sneak peek of his next project with the never-before-seen fragment design x Nike Zoom Spiridon.

Taking on the '97 silhouette for the first time, the godfather of Japanese streetwear has applied his signature dark navy palette to the old school shoe. Crafted predominantly from mesh, hairy suede overlays wrap around the mudguards, while a white leather Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls for a look that is guaranteed to turn heads.

Underfoot, you'll find a chunky Zoom midsole with topographic-like details etched around the unit, and the special edition sneaker is finished off with an oversized pull tab that's decorated with "NIKE / FRGMT" co-branding running vertically across.

Next to nothing else is known about the fragment design x Nike Zoom Spiridon at this moment in time, but expect it to land sometime in 2024. Let us know what you think of this upcoming collab, and while you're here, you might as well take a sneak peek at the Di'Orr Greenwood x Nike SB Dunk High!
