Without a shadow of a doubt, the Rich Paul x New Balance 550 "Cream" is one of the best 550s ever made. That said, after over two years, sneakerheads are beginning to wonder if we'll ever get a sequel. Well, while these rumours have yet to be officially confirmed, it looks like its successor has finally arrived in the form of the Rich Paul x New Balance 550 "Mauve" – and here's everything that we know so far.

Bearing a striking resemblance to the "Cream," the "Mauve" has a few differences that are definitely worth noting. Working on top of a mesh base, it's overlaid by buttery suede panels that are dipped in a pastel purple palette. Premium leather features across the "N" logos, while woven cotton laces tie everything together. 

Co-branded detailing can be found on the tongue tag alongside a bouquet of roses, and this floral pattern extends towards the heel of the sneaker. All of this then comes packed in a special edition shoebox that's been made for all the New Balance fans out there.
