Picnic Vibes Feature on the Air Jordan 2 Low Craft "Atmosphere"
Thanks to Off-White and Union LA, the Air Jordan 2 has very quickly become one of Jordan Brand's most popular silhouettes. Introduced back in 1986, MJ's second signature shoe with Nike was never as popular as his first, but over the past few months it has experienced something of a renaissance, and it's being spearheaded by colourways such as the upcoming Air Jordan 2 Low Craft "Atmosphere."
Giving us some serious picnic vibes, this rendition of the AJ 2 Low was made for the Spring months ahead. Images courtesy of Yankee Kicks, it drops the classic all-leather construction in favour of a delicate gingham fabric that's seldom used on sneakers. Perforations surrounding the toebox reference the model's sartorial roots, while clean beige accents throughout add a pop of contrast to the pastel pair.
A crisp Nike Air midsole sits underfoot for unrivalled comfort both on and off the court, and His Airness' old school winged basketball emblem makes a cameo along the tongue, rounding off the design.
According to The Edit LDN's sources, these are set to arrive on April 8th. Expected to be one of the most popular Air Jordans of the year, keep it locked right here for your best chance to cop. While you're here, you might as well take your first look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG "Washed Pink"!
