Teddy Santis' Latest New Balance Made in USA Collection is Big and Bold
Ever since Aimé Leon Dore's Teddy Santis took over as the creative director of New Balance's Made in USA division, the sneaker game hasn't been the same since. Hype surrounding the Boston-based sportswear company has been skyrocketing by the second, and it's thanks to collections like the upcoming Autumn/Winter 2023 Drop 2.
Featuring brand new colourways of the 990v4, 990v6, and 998 silhouettes, while most of Santis' trainers are painted in various shades, these are notable in that they stick with one colour throughout, including orange, red, and green. This premium range also swaps out the usual mesh constructions for pigskin suede and leather instead, making them even more high-end than before.
Underfoot, the midsoles are made from some of New Balance's best cushioning technologies for unbeatable comfort, and Drop 2 is also accompanied by a vast selection of complementary apparel and accessories, which will sell out as fast as the trainers themselves.
The New Balance Autumn/Winter 2023 Drop 2 is set to release within the coming weeks. Let us know which colourway you're feeling the most, and in related news, the JJJJound x New Balance 2002R “Green” just got covered in Gore-Tex!
