Get Strapped in With the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Flea 2

Cactus Plant Flea Market (or CPFM, for short) is certainly no stranger when it comes to collaborations with Nike. Since 2019, the Cynthia Lu-helmed streetwear imprint has teamed up with the Beaverton sportswear company for some of the most sought-after sneakers that the world has ever seen, and the upcoming Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Flea 2 is no different.

Spotted on the feet of Turnstile bassist Franz Lyons during Rolling Loud Miami, these new photos from Complex show off the Flea 2 in all its glory. Unlike last year's Grinch-inspired Flea 1, this pair does away with all of the weird green fur in favour of a seriously stealthy aesthetic that's very unlike CPFM, who usually go as bold and brash as possible.

Dipped in an all-black colour scheme, the nylon canvas construction offers a rugged and versatile look that complements the two oversized straps that wrap around the lacing system and vamp. A series of metal rivets feature across the shoe – presumably so you can decorate them with custom badges – and an absolutely massive Swoosh shoots across the lateral sidewalls. All of this then sits on top of a Balenciaga-esque Air midsole, and it's finished off with pull tabs across both the tongue and the heel.

Not much else is known about the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike Air Flea 2 "Black" at this moment in time, but our sources state that a Holiday 2023 release is imminent. Let us know what you think of this collab, and while you're here, you might as well take your first look at the Travis Scott x Jordan Cut the Check!
