New Balance and Aimé Leon Dore turn their attention to a high top silhouette. Taking inspiration from the 550, the 650 adapts the original, on-court model, while featuring a puff and stitch collar. Adapting the oversized proportions of the original, the silhouette’s bold aesthetic remains while upgraded accents are added over four colourways. The 650R features the collaboration's signature mesh-leather clash on the upper resting upon the rubber outsole. The plush high-top ankle appears to supply immense comfort, whilst the tongue tab, heel region and laces are also white to blend in with each colourway. This is essentially the high-top version of the recent NB550 offered in green, grey, and black colour schemes. The trio also feature vintage-inspired pre-yellowed midsoles. The iconic “N” logo is displayed as part of their branding, with a perforated toe box allowing for comfort and freshness throughout the day. Spare laces are also included to complete each sneaker.
