Yoon Ahn Just Teased the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 "Chicago"
Even though the Air Force 1 celebrated its 40th birthday last year, it looks like the party's only just getting started. With the Tiffany & Co. collaboration dropping next month and projects from Jacquemus and Off-White incoming, we're now taking our very first look at another hotly-anticipated AF1 release with the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 "Chicago." Set to be the South Korean fashion designer's next take on the '80s basketball silhouette, make sure you read on to find out everything that there is to know.
Inspired by Michael Jordan's original "Chicago" colourway from 1985, this Air Force 1 Low boasts a full leather construction. Working on top of a crisp white base, fiery red panels wrap around the toe and heel areas, while a slick black Nike Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial sidewalls. An "AMBUSH"-branded counter wraps around the back, and down below, the Air midsole has bene dipped in a creamy hue, giving us a seriously vintage vibe.
Not much else is known about the AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 "Chicago" at this moment in time, but we're really hoping that these will launch very soon.
