If 2022 was the year of the 2002R, 2023 is definitely the year of the 1906R. Following the hotly-anticipated release of the Aimé Leon Dore collaboration just last month, we're now getting up close and personal with the upcoming GANNI x New Balance 1906. Images courtesy of reputable sample collector @woganwodeyang, the Danish contemporary label's take on the New Balance silhouette works on top of a breathable mesh base and is overlaid by smooth leather panels throughout, all in a crisp white palette.

The "N" logo across the lateral and medial sidewalls is dipped in a bold yellow hue, and it's complemented by the pull tab around the back. All of this then sits atop a beige ABZORB midsole, which is lined with a contrasting black N-ERGY, finalising the design.
