From the original release of the Jordan 4 Thunder in 2006, with a re-released version in 2012, the Jordan 4 Thunder featured similar colour blocking however with yellow accents, based on reversing the Jordan 4 Lightning colourway. This recent release named “Red Thunder”, expresses a mixture of Black, & Red accents. The upper of shoe is constructed of a black nubuck material accompanied with hits of red. Jordan branding is displayed on the tongue tags, printed insoles and Jumpman logo at the rear. Yet subtle as its more so hidden but at the same time popping out against the black, a white Jumpman logo is featured at the bottom of the sneaker. Rounding up the design of the shoe are red midsoles assisted by Air units paired with black rubber outsoles.
