After getting a glimpse of the Fear of God x adidas Rivalry Low "Black" last month, we're now taking a detailed look at the upcoming Fear of God x adidas Basketball sneaker. Dropping as part of the Fear of God Athletics line, this silhouette has been designed from the ground up by Jerry Lorenzo and his talented team.

Boasting a versatile mid-cut design, the model (whose name has yet to be officially confirmed by the Los Angeles streetwear label) works on top of a black synthetic base with a dash of grey contrasting the toe area. Oversized Three Stripes make their way across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and these work with the lacing system for a sleek and streamlined aesthetic. 

The collar is equipped with neoprene for a customisable fit, and it's lined with leather for an even more premium vibe. All of this then sits on top of a chunky semi-transparent midsole, which is rumoured to be infused with Boost technology.

It's wild to think that it's been almost three years since Jerry Lorenzo announced that he was leaving Nike and joining Team adidas. While we still don't really know much about the collaboration just yet, here's hoping that the Fear of God x adidas Basketball sneaker will drop sooner rather than later.
